Terms & Conditions — r4444 Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "r4444" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at r4444.io, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, APIs, and support channels.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account with r4444, accesses any part of the platform, or uses any service provided thereon.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a Player, through which the Player accesses platform services, maintains a BDT balance, and manages personal information.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money BDT funds held within a Player's Account, distinct from any bonus credits or free-spin allocations.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account under specific promotional terms, which are not redeemable as cash until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• "Wager" refers to any bet or stake placed by a Player on any casino game, live dealer table, slot, fishing game, crash game, or sportsbook market available on r4444.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process that r4444 requires all Players to complete before withdrawals are authorised.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which r4444 accounts are denominated.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to r4444 and use of its services is strictly conditional upon the following eligibility criteria being met in full:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of r4444. r4444 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance held pending a compliance review. r4444 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

r4444 is intended primarily for players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that accessing and using online casino and betting services is not prohibited under any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. You accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile number, and a working email address. The registration of false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active account on r4444. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or the same device — is strictly prohibited. r4444 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended, and any balances may be subject to forfeiture.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your r4444 username and password. r4444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

r4444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. These may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by r4444 support may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

3.3 Account Dormancy

An account that has been inactive — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity — for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. r4444 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. The dormancy fee will not reduce any account balance below zero.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their r4444 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or WhatsApp. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after standard KYC checks are completed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

r4444 accepts deposits in BDT via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of a successful payment confirmation from the relevant provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and absence of any active bonus wagering obligations. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless an alternative is approved by the r4444 compliance team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on r4444 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). r4444 does not support multi-currency accounts. If a payment is received from an international card or source in a foreign currency, the amount will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, and any conversion fees are borne by the Player.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

r4444 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that triggers internal fraud detection, anti-money-laundering (AML) screening, or other compliance review processes. Players will be notified of any hold placed on a transaction and may be asked to provide additional documentation to resolve the review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by r4444 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement must generate ৳30,000 in eligible wagers before the bonus principal becomes withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to clearing wagering requirements — contribution percentages are stated in the specific bonus terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

r4444 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where r4444 has reasonable grounds to believe the Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using automated software to generate wagers, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, and claiming the same offer multiple times under different accounts.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used or wagered within the validity period specified in the relevant promotional terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses will be removed from the account without notification. Real-money balances are not affected by bonus expiry.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on r4444 — including slots from Pragmatic Play and NetEnt, live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, crash games from Spribe, and fishing game titles — operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or certified live-streaming infrastructure. 6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Bets placed on cricket markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events) and other sports are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market type. Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with r4444's sportsbook settlement rules, which are available in the FAQ and support sections of the platform. r4444 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at odds significantly different from market consensus, or on events where information not publicly available may have influenced the wager.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on r4444 and are displayed at the relevant game table or market interface. r4444 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including during a live event, where necessary to manage risk or comply with operational requirements.

6.4 Disconnections

r4444 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections, device failures, or power outages during gameplay. In the event of a disconnection, game outcomes will be resolved by the game provider's server records, which shall be considered the definitive record of all game events.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on r4444 and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or through the use of another person's identity.
• Using r4444 for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI agents, or any mechanical or electronic aid to place wagers or interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider trading in connection with sports events on which bets are placed on r4444.
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse deposits already used to fund wagers on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing r4444 staff or other players via any support or communication channel.

r4444 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of engaging in prohibited activities, withhold any associated balance pending a compliance investigation, and disclose information to law enforcement authorities where required by law.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r4444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

r4444 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. r4444 will not be liable for losses resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, civil disturbances, or third-party service provider failures.

r4444's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

r4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity in accordance with the dormancy policy described in Section 3.3.
• Voluntary account closure at the Player's request.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate the closure of accounts in specific jurisdictions.

Upon termination for cause, r4444 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending a compliance investigation. If no breach is established, remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Amendments

r4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — r4444 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered email address or mobile number on the account. For minor or administrative changes, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and no additional notification will be issued.

Your continued use of r4444 following the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or relating to your use of r4444 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be addressed through r4444's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal written complaint to the support team and allow r4444 up to thirty (30) days to investigate and respond before escalating the matter through any other channel.

r4444 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh. Players who access the platform from outside Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
